Event Description
Join Alecia of Alecia Guttilla Nutrition for a Therapeutic Yin Yoga session to calm the mind and body at the end of the day. Class consists of aromatherapy, therapeutic hands-on assists and a cool lavender towel to end class. Drop-in cost is $22. 5 & 10 class packages are available. Alecia is a Holistic Nutritionist and Doula. She believes that yoga has the power to heal mentally and physically, allowing her to incorporate it into her practice.
