When life's challenges cause us to disconnect from our center, we often struggle with our emotional, physical, and spiritual health. During these times it is ever more important to feel hopeful and supported, and this is possible. Meg has spent the past 20 years guiding others to become more awake and alive. Whether the session is in person or virtual, she will work with all aspects of self to uncover, reconnect, and re-integrate so we may transform the pain into a life we once again enjoy. Meg uses her intuition and training to draw forth information on the unhealthy beliefs and patterns that have gotten in our way, as well as our untapped gifts that will bring in more joy. Working with Meg will bridge our Earth self to our beautiful soul truth and lead us to rely on and navigate this most important connection.
During sessions with Meg we gain greater understanding in the relationship between our choices, our emotional reactions, and the freedom or pain we hold in our physical bodies, as well as more clarity on how this connects or disconnects us from the journey of our soul. Together we can choose to live from a place of courage, kindness, integrity, authenticity, and balance, developing a more mindful state of awareness to self and others.
Meg’s greatest treasures and greatest learning have come from the times she spends with her 5 children, 2 son-in-laws, and the newest addition, and happiest baby ever, her grandson Beau. Meg has worked with individuals, couples, families, and businesses, as well as leading group workshops across the country. Using her knowledge of the chakra system, her spiritual insights, and unconditional wisdom, she gently guides others toward the development of their own inner knowing and learning to live a life they love.
After walking her own path of healing, Tammy felt called to support others and founded Healing Journeys, LLC. Her mission is to create a safe, loving space where women can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves through a variety of supportive modalities.
Tammy’s journey led her to Reiki, where she trained at Sage the Soul and became a Master Reiki Practitioner. She brings her faith and spirituality into this work and into all she does. She is also a 200-Hour Hatha Vinyasa yoga teacher, trained at the Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga & Wellness in Costa Rica, and a registered member of the Yoga Alliance. Tammy loves guiding meditation and Vinyasa flow practices that foster balance and presence.
In addition, she holds both Certified Life Coach and Master Certified Life Coach credentials from the Certified Life Coach Institute. Her passion is helping women recognize their worth and feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
All of Tammy’s offerings—Reiki, yoga, and life coaching—work together to support her clients as whole beings. Her approach helps women feel grounded, empowered, and deeply supported at every stage of their journey.
Tammy believes that while each journey is unique, we rise together. By lifting one another up, we become light for ourselves and for the world.
Paul has been practicing Clinical Massage Therapy for over 30 years and has trained in a variety of modalities (a fancy word for techniques) ranging from deep tissue to extremely light touch. Different circumstances call for different approaches, and Paul tailors each treatment to the specific circumstances at hand. Some of those techniques have names like Neuromuscular Therapy, Advanced Orthopedic Massage, Trigger Point resolution, and CranioSacral Therapy. No matter how deep or how subtle the techniques Paul employs, he is always aware that he is interacting with the "energy economy" of his client. Paul is very respectful of each individual's autonomy, even as we engage in a practice that, within proper constraints, nevertheless seems fairly intimate. Other tidbits: Paul is a Karate instructor, and has been married for 36 years, with a rich and rewarding family life.
I live in central Wisconsin with my two wonderful daughters. My educational training is in Marriage and Family Therapy. I always viewed it as an honor to get to talk so intimately with people about the things that matter most; about love and loss, grief and joy, struggle and triumph. I carry this with me in my work as a photographer and as an artist. And just as a human really. I'm shy by nature and love one on one conversation most of all.
Introduced to photography by my father as a teen, it wasn't until later in life, while taking a break from my career, that I revisited photography. Mostly self-taught, I sought books and online courses to learn more about photography and reached out to established photographers to shadow and learn from. I began my photography business in 2013 photographing families, portraits, and weddings.
Currently, I photograph families, seniors, fine art portrait sessions mostly. I am drawn to low light and finding creative ways to use available light. I incorporate freelensing in my work, a diffusion technique using intentional blur that creates more of an impression of a subject rather than an exact replication. For me, these images convey a deeper level of emotion.
Outside of my client work, I am interested in combining painting and photography. I explore painting over photographs, digital painterly effects, and layering my own paintings with photographs. I am also interested in the healing and self growth potential in art making.
