Meg Michaelson

Well House 1900 Founder and Community Builder

When life's challenges cause us to disconnect from our center, we often struggle with our emotional, physical, and spiritual health. During these times it is ever more important to feel hopeful and supported, and this is possible. Meg has spent the past 20 years guiding others to become more awake and alive. Whether the session is in person or virtual, she will work with all aspects of self to uncover, reconnect, and re-integrate so we may transform the pain into a life we once again enjoy. Meg uses her intuition and training to draw forth information on the unhealthy beliefs and patterns that have gotten in our way, as well as our untapped gifts that will bring in more joy. Working with Meg will bridge our Earth self to our beautiful soul truth and lead us to rely on and navigate this most important connection.

During sessions with Meg we gain greater understanding in the relationship between our choices, our emotional reactions, and the freedom or pain we hold in our physical bodies, as well as more clarity on how this connects or disconnects us from the journey of our soul. Together we can choose to live from a place of courage, kindness, integrity, authenticity, and balance, developing a more mindful state of awareness to self and others.

Meg’s greatest treasures and greatest learning have come from the times she spends with her 5 children, 2 son-in-laws, and the newest addition, and happiest baby ever, her grandson Beau. Meg has worked with individuals, couples, families, and businesses, as well as leading group workshops across the country. Using her knowledge of the chakra system, her spiritual insights, and unconditional wisdom, she gently guides others toward the development of their own inner knowing and learning to live a life they love.

Allie Stark Holistic Wellness

Allie Stark Holistic Wellness is a space where you will feel balanced and restored, a sanctuary where the skin, body, and spirit are considered a unifiable whole.

Specializing in Holistic Facials & Body Care, Health, Wellness, and Reiki Healing. I am dedicated to transforming your story. By harnessing my comprehensive knowledge of the skin, body, and energy and its intimate connection with your holistic physical body, I provide transformative experiences guided by my unique founding philosophy. I've been in the industry for 8 years and early on I began to notice people with acne, eczema, and rosacea were suffering with low self-esteem because of the smallest imperfections. At that point and after going through my own health journey, I found myself wanting to dig a little deeper and start asking more questions. I was going back to my roots in holistic health.

While I had a general knowledge of the ways in which diet/lifestyle affected the skin, I wanted to learn more! That is when I decided to enroll at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to become a Holistic Health Coach. Since then, I've also continued my studies with people I respect most in the "green beauty" industry and my monthly training from Eminence Organic Skincare.

I like to call myself a Holistic Esthetician and Health & Wellness Coach, which encompasses the entire mind, body, and spirit of my receivers. Our skin is a mirror and reflects what is going on inside our body. I have spent years learning how our emotions, mood, food, relationships, stress, balance, and even finances show up on this beautiful organ called our skin and can be the root cause of many illnesses! I believe a strong relationship between myself and my receivers is invaluable. I am here to listen, educate, support, and guide my clients on their journey to the skin and body they love and feeling their best emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Our body responds to every moment we experience, imprinting a memory not only in our subconscious mind but in our body to help avoid repeating trauma. Without awareness, we may get stuck in a layered pattern of protective holding which leads to pain. MFR is the healing path into the mind/body complex which can release our patterns and ease pain.

Cindy, an Expert Level JFB Myofascial Release Therapist, employs her skills to assist those seeking alternative, holistic therapy to relieve physical and emotional trauma and those already on a healing path wishing to dive more deeply into the mind/body complex. She has a compassionate, knowledgeable, and empathic approach. Tailoring her treatments to each unique individual, she strives to treat the origin of pain and not just the symptoms.

Passion for this work has led her to become an Instructor for MFR Seminars and a leader of the Wisconsin MFR Study Group. She is the author of the children’s book, “Feel, Breathe and Imagine,” and has additional education in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute and various energetic modalities.

Tribe 5

My gift to this world is to be able to energetically hold space for others without judgement, while tapping into and retrieving information from their higher-self and subconscious. This allows me to zone in on the root causes as to what is challenging someone physically, emotionally, mentally, energetically and spiritually.

Transmuting ( alchemizing) these low frequency blocks of energies and then activating one’s internal intelligence within for integration, balance, forgiveness, restoration and healing, is one of my favorite things to do, as it assists them in getting “unstuck” and propels them to their truth and remembrance of who they truly are. That is when the " Divine magic" of healing and transformation takes place.

My passion is people, being a part of their journey and assisting them in remembering and living in their true sovereign nature.

Thus far most of my clients have been out of state and out of the country. I have worked with babies, toddlers, children, adults, couples, seniors, groups and animals. I am very much looking forward to more in-person sessions at the Well House 1900!

Always remember:
- We are not our emotions
- We are not our trauma
- We are not our beliefs
- We are not our feelings

* All of those create a human experience, but that is not who you are!

Guitar Lessons

Playing guitar has been an inspiring creative outlet for me. It’s enriching for my body, mind, and soul. It’s limitless and artistic.  When you play an instrument, it takes concentration and mindfulness. Whether it’s taking a guitar and learning basic chords or tackling a song you love, the one-on-one bond between you and your instrument is important. It’s a great way to stimulate your brain in a positive way especially when you feel stressed or anxious. It helps to release those feelings, it’s healing.

Learning a new skill like playing guitar gives you a feeling of accomplishment which helps to build self-esteem and positive vibes.  Playing music is also a great way to socialize. Jamming with others helps you connect with other people with the same interests and helps form meaningful relationships. It also helps you really learn how to play!  So whether you want to learn to play guitar for yourself, friends, and family, around a campfire, an open mic, or a rock star on fire. You get to decide, you never know where playing music will take you!

I love to help and see people succeed with the goals they are trying to achieve, no matter what it is. I want to share with others the gift of playing music and how it can make them feel, and share with them an opportunity to have a beautiful creative outlet with the freedom to be themselves.

For questions or to schedule a lesson, contact Jen at 262-719-3795 or jhellmann@ameritech.net. I look forward to playing with you!

Barbara Stephan is a WAMI nominated professional singer, voice coach and songwriter. She’s spent the last 20 years in the Milwaukee and Chicago areas singing, songwriting, voice coaching, learning, exploring, soul-searching and all the other good (and not so good) stuff that comes from trying to figure out how to make a living as an artist.

When she was lead singer for Milwaukee’s Eddie Butts band she also went on a spiritual quest to Indonesia. When she was immersing herself in Alan Watts lectures by day, she went to comedy improv classes to try to cure her terrible stage fright by night. Breath training for singing and speaking turned Into a Yoga practice, and learning to speak her truth went from throwing a bar owner’s money in his face, to finding more… well… peaceful ways of doing business.

Through it all, one of the things that’s made her the happiest is sharing what she’s learned with other singers and watching as their voices transform.

Erich Moraine is an ordained Zen priest (2012) who cares for the Kintsugi Sangha in Hartland and has a small private practice. In addition to his Zen practice he also has training in a variety of more contemporary disciplines. He works in a non-pathologizing, integrative manner, respecting the amazing complexity that is a human being. He also enjoys helping to adjust relationships between humans in all its diversity.

Erich sometimes refers to himself as an emotional ecologist. In order to change what’s taken root in you, it is important to understand why it is there, and what purpose it serves. Using compassion, curiosity and courage, he collaborates with you to explore the larger system of which this is an integral part. The hope is to better understand the interconnectedness and interrelatedness of egoic structures so change can be invited into the system. This eases suffering and minimizes the unpleasant side effects of protecting oneself in that particular way. Of course, the long-term solution is to awaken to your true nature, but until that happens it’s good to have a backup plan.

Healing Presence,  Breath Work,

Psychedelic Sitting

The mission of Nature’s Powers is to help people reconnect with themselves and have spiritual experiences via the power of nature.  I help to hold safe spaces for others to access their own inner wisdom and their own innate capacity for healing and transformation.  I have been a student and practitioner of the healing arts for over 20 years, spanning energy healing modalities, breath work, shamanism, lucid dreaming, crystals, and psychedelic sitting.

I grew up in the Smokey Mountains to an eclectic Irish-Appalachian family, and I now live in SE Wisconsin with my wife and two dogs. I spent 8 years in the US Air Force. Since that time, I worked in the wilderness therapy industry, got my master's degree in social work, obtained a second master's degree in information systems management, and worked in healthcare IT leadership. I have lived in 9 states in the USA. Internationally, I have lived in Canada and Japan and have traveled to many more countries. Throughout my life experience, I have come to appreciate the power of being a healing presence—being present and holding a safe space for others, whether supporting humanitarian relief efforts, counseling young adults, working with IT executives, holding men’s groups, coaching, or providing spiritual support through Nature’s Powers.
