Event Description
Somatic Movements are gentle movements that recreate reflexes holding muscles in unconscious and involuntary contraction and tension. When you intentionally learn how to sense connections between muscles as you relax them and contract them, you gain control of them. You also improve your own mobility and decrease pain and tension.
