Event Description
This class combines slow flowing movement and deep stretching with the principles of alignment and breath work.You will build strength and stability while regulating your nervous system. Whether you are new to yoga or working to deepen your existing practice, Slow Flow yoga will help you start your day with grounded energy and a deeper connection to your body. Appropriate for all experience levels and body types. Cost: $15.00 Walk-in's welcome!
About Lisa Nelson Brandon, RYT 200
Lisa believes in the power of yoga to transform the way we move through the world. With a strong focus on alignment, she helps students find a greater sense of ease and contentment in their bodies. Her grounded style blends traditional Hatha and modern flow to create a class experience that is both accessible and uplifting.
Lisa has over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and has been teaching yoga since 2000. She completed her 200 hour RYT with Alignment Yoga in Blue Mounds, WI and is a member of the Yoga Alliance. She has also been certified by the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and the Arthritis Foundation.
Lisa teaches in and around Lake Country - you can find her classes at Well House 1900, Westwood Health and Fitness, Tri-Motion Rehab, and at the historic Fish Hatcher (through the Hartland Recreation Department).
