Lose 5lbs in 8 weeks of semi-private yoga training as we reprogram your nervous system with 5,000 year old ancient yogic practices through breath work, yoga and meditation. All while healing injuries, tension and tightness along the way.
Join Elissa for 8 weeks of in-person yoga training. Sessions are for women-only and capped at 10 people. The first session we will cover your goals & health history to ensure to reach your goals by the end of the 8 weeks. Each yoga session includes essential oils for aromatherapy, a sage and palo Santos cleanse, hands on assists and adjusts for deepening of your practice and better alignment, and intuitive massage throughout. Each session builds off the previous one. Physically you will open your hips, hamstrings, shoulders and heart to relieve tension and tightness in the body and allow your body to release inflammation and extra weight. Mentally and emotionally you will learn pranayama techniques to calm your mind, lower blood pressure & cortisol levels and find peace in every day.
