 This workshop is very interactive and includes teachings on the history of Reiki, Chakras, self-treatment, guided meditation and how to offer Reiki to others. You will receive your Reiki Level 1 attunement, activating your hands to facilitate energy healing for yourself and others.

10. Incorporating Reiki and Meditation into your daily life

About Brenda Rowe Plasz

Brenda is the found of  The Good Karma Place and has been practicing Reiki for over 20 years. She achieved her Masters in Reiki & Certification to teach Reiki in June 2019 after training in Japan and hiking Mt. Kurama, the birthplace of Reiki. She was taught meditation by Khen Rinpoche Kachen Lobsang Tsetan, the former Abbot of the Tashi Lhunpo Monastery in India. She has been blessed to have Rinpoche as her friend, teacher, and guide.

In 2023, Brenda graduated from the Modern Elder Academy & is certified in the Blue Zone’s with a focus on longevity. Her teachers for the in person retreat were MEA founder, Chip Conley (Modern Elder Academy) and Blue Zone Author, Dan Buettner (History of Blue Zones - Blue Zones)  After working in corporate America for 25 years she is now dedicating her time to teaching Reiki, providing Reiki treatments, guided meditation & personal holistic life guidance
