On February 1st, synch with the rhythms of nature to honor the midpoint between the winter solstice and spring equinox. Join us in celebrating this ancient festival, a time of renewal, initiation, ritual cleansing, and attunement, as we gradually emerge from winter's cocoon. I extend a heartfelt invitation for you to embrace the fertile energy of Imbolc with intention and inspiration.

Step into a sacred sanctuary space on Thursday, February 1st, at 6:30 pm, for a transformative journey into the sacred mysteries of your breath.  Our ceremony will begin with an opening circle, grounding us in the nurturing love of Mother Earth and aligning us with our intentions.  Through an embodiment practice, we will open the channels of your temple body and I will guide you into a profound conscious breath experience.

This special gathering will conclude with space for reflection and connection with a closing circle.
