Have you been curious about hypnosis for healing and personal growth? Are you looking for a new ay to unwind and sink into a deep state of relaxation?
Join Bethany, of a A Deeper Well, on the thir Tuesday of each month for a guided group hypnosis. Each month's huypnosis will be geared toward promoting relaxation, giving you neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) techniquest to use within your daily life, and promoting growth and empowerment!
May Hypnosis will focus on balancing the feminine and masculine energies within. Please arrive a few minutes early, and bring anything that you may need to relax fully (yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc).
