Event Description
Join Alecia of AG Holistic Nutrition Wednesday mornings. Every week she will focus on a single chakra continuously rotating through all seven - root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. Appropriate aromatherapy, yoga poses, breath work, and more will be utilized based upon which chakra we are on that week. Register at AG Holistic Nutrition Please bring your own yoga mat.
