Event Description
Join us at Well House 1900 to celebrate our community with a relaxing aroma flow yoga class. Students can expect gentle yoga postures paired with grounding breath work. It's a great way to try yoga for the first time or bring a group of friends before morning coffee. Class is donations based with advanced registration appreciated! This is a very beginner friendly class. Please bring your own yoga mat. Register at Healing Gracefully
