This is an invitation to just be and receive. The intention is to connect to self.  A pause from the noise and distractions of the world.  This ceremony will offer an intention to reflect on, Breathwork to release stress, anxiety and connect back to yourself, and a Reiki circle to clear, balance and connect us.  There will be space to journal, connect with others, or just be.  This ceremony is curated to create space for YOU to give yourself time to just be and receive in a busy world where we are always giving.  Come alone if you desire YOU time or invite a friend who may need this as much as you do. (If you’ve been curious about Breathwork or Reiki this is a beautiful space to experience it)

Please bring:

• Your willingness to just be and receive.
• Yoga mat, blanket, or pillow to rest your head.
• Journal and pen if you enjoy writing your reflections.
